SOWING SEEDS OF HOPE FOR ORPHANED STUDENTS IN NINH BINH PROVINCE (FORMER NAM DINH)

In early March, the charity group Noi Vong Tay Lon (Joining Hands for a Greater Cause) visited Nam Dinh Ward, Ninh Binh Province, in collaboration with the Provincial Women’s Union. Together, they presented seven scholarships along with meaningful gifts such as candies, books, and school supplies to orphaned students facing difficult circumstances.

This was not just a charitable trip, but also a journey to spread love, inspire hope, and bring encouragement for a brighter tomorrow.

Each child carries a different story, and every family faces its own struggles with the burdens of daily life. Yet above all, what stands out is their resilience and determination not to surrender to fate. Despite their young age, the children show remarkable maturity. After school hours, their small hands quickly help family members with household chores and sometimes even assist with farm work.

Members of the charity group personally visited each family, presenting scholarships worth VND 5,000,000 along with carefully prepared gifts. Listening to the children, sharing kind words, and offering support brought great joy to every volunteer, while also spreading the Vietnamese spirit of compassion and solidarity “the healthy leaves protect the torn ones.”

There are still many people out there facing hardship and striving every day to overcome life’s challenges. It is our hope that the support from generous donors and kind-hearted individuals will help lighten the burden for these children, giving them the strength and motivation to continue pursuing their dreams.
