MITALAB ORGANIZES SCIENTIFIC WORKSHOP: “OPTIMIZING CLINICAL DECISION-MAKING WITH BIOMARKERS IN RISK STRATIFICATION AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE MANAGEMENT”
Last November, the online scientific workshop titled “Optimizing Clinical Decision-Making with Biomarkers in Risk Stratification and Cardiovascular Disease Management” was successfully held. The program attracted significant interest from doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals nationwide, reflecting the growing attention to the application of biomarkers in optimizing the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
During nearly three hours of presentations and discussions, the workshop delivered many important and practical updates. The speakers shared new insights based on scientific evidence and real-world experience, contributing to improved effectiveness in cardiovascular risk stratification and treatment management. The key topics included:
-
Optimizing the diagnosis and treatment monitoring of heart failure with the BNP & NT-proBNP testing panel
-
Application of high-sensitivity Troponin I (hs-TnI): from cardiovascular risk assessment to myocardial infarction diagnosis
-
Primary aldosteronism: diagnostic and treatment updates with the Aldosterone–Renin Ratio (ARR) test
The interactive Q&A session took place in a lively atmosphere, creating a highly valuable and practical academic exchange for all participants.
Mitalab, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Cardiology Association, organized the program and provided CME certificates to eligible participants. This was not only an honor for Mitalab, but also a strong testament to its commitment to the journey of “Elevating the quality of laboratory testing in Vietnam,” contributing to the continuous professional development of healthcare professionals through ongoing educational initiatives.

In the coming time, Mitalab will continue to accompany scientific conferences and workshops nationwide, serving as a knowledge bridge updating advanced laboratory technologies and solutions with the goal of delivering practical value to the medical community and patients alike.
