In recent days, the Central region of Vietnam has once again been overwhelmed by powerful storms, bringing floods, landslides, and countless losses. Amid these compounding difficulties, Mitalab partnered with Quang Nam Central Hospital to organize a charitable journey, delivering heartfelt gifts directly to the residents of Tra My commune in Da Nang.
Following the historic floods, many vital roads were severed, leaving transportation nearly paralyzed. Overcoming geographical and weather-related obstacles, the team remained determined to deliver essential supplies to 100 households severely affected by the natural disaster.
Each gift package included: 10kg of rice, 2kg of dried fish, cooking oil, fish sauce, instant noodles, clothing, and various medications... In particular, 50 warm blankets were also donated to the young children at Hoa My Kindergarten as a form of shelter for the young sprouts in the flood-affected area.
Beyond material value, it is the spirit of "a healthy leaf supporting a torn leaf," and the sharing and commitment to walk alongside that Mitalab wishes to convey to the people of Central Vietnam and specifically Trà My commune during this difficult time. We hope that through small but sincere actions from our Good Willers and Benefactors across the country, we can together kindle hope and provide the motivation for people to gradually overcome their losses and stabilize their lives.
